Over the last few years, Lulu has seen an increasing need from the parents she meets in her counselling practice and in schools for guidance and support. With their needs as her guide, Lulu has created a four-part parenting course called-

Lulu also gives the following one-off talks to parents in schools.
Emotions Matter.
Growing Emotionally Intelligent and Mentally Resilient Families- prevention is better than cure.
So much has changed in our society in the last 30 years and parenting has become increasingly complicated. This talk helps the audience consider their emotional intelligence as parents and the importance of being role models for their children.
If a child leaves school with straight A's but can't regulate their emotions, and suffers from crippling anxiety they will struggle to find their place in the world as an adult.
With challenges to our children’s mental health that we would not have dreamt about in our childhoods, this talk is about how parents can help build their children's emotional resilience to prepare them for life's challenges. Feedback-
"I was reminded this evening that's its ok to be human and it's important to share my humanity with my family!" "The feedback from the parents was very positive. They especially liked all the tips. It was very clear and well explained. Thank you Lulu”, The Knowledge Society, Knightsbridge School.
"Thank you very much for organising this. Great reminders, and great learnings. Great that Wetherby treats children’s wellbeing in such a professional and structured manner."
"I just wanted to drop you a short note to thank you for your presentation last week. Jane and I both really enjoyed your talk and took value from the content."
"Thanks so much for this evening's session. It really struck a cord with me about how I deal with my emotions and what I display to my children. A lot to take forward and learn from."
Growing Strong Happy Families.
We all want our children to grow up happy and emotionally resilient. How do we help them do this? In an increasingly complicated world, this course discusses some of the key qualities needed to keep families grounded, sane, and on track no matter what. Throughout the talk, Lulu highlights some of the key components she suggests will help you to parent with intent and equip yourself and your children with the tools they need to live life as it is, and not as they, or we wish it to be.

"Your Mental Health and Wellbeing."
A session for teachers. Life as a teacher can be overwhelming and challenging. With full on days, time is often in short supply and teachers can find themselves stretched and out of balance. A teacher recently described her days as equal to running a marathon on a daily basis.
This talk looks at what can be done within the school community to bring everyone together in a supportive and cohesive way. We talk about how everyone wants to feel at school and the ways to make this happen even on the tough days. Solving problems as a TEAM means that together everyone achieves more.
The emotional wellbeing of teachers is vital to the happiness of the whole school community and the smooth running of the school as a whole. Engagement from senior leadership to support the emotional wellbeing of teachers is seen to be a really healthy and proactive approach to a problem that is being felt by schools across the country.
This talk is delivered in person to teachers and can be done in a twilight session or as an INSET. It lasts for an hour.
